“Letcho” tomato sauce

“Letcho” tomato sauce is one of the most popular sauces in Eastern Europe. It comes from the Hungarian dish of the same name, which includes sweet Bulgarian pepper, tomato sauce and vegetables. It has an extraordinary, sweet and pleasant vegetable flavor and can therefore be used to prepare most number of dishes. It is best to use this sauce with grilled meat and sausages, steaks and shashlyk. Experienced housewives use it instead of tomato paste to give a new taste to their dishes. Comfortable packaging in the form of a bottle will be an excellent complement to the table.

Ingredients: water, tomato paste (24,4 %), sugar, dried vegetables (sweet pepper, onion, carrot, garlic),  spirit vinegar, salt, corn starch, spice extracts.
